Can I move my toilet or shower to a different wall?
Often, yes: it depends on where the drainage runs and the falls that can be achieved, which we can assess quickly on site. Be wary of a flat 'no': clients regularly tell us other tradespeople said something couldn't be done, and much of the time they'd simply been misinformed.
Do you do the whole renovation or just the plumbing?
Either. We can handle the plumbing scope within your renovation, or manage the renovation end-to-end, coordinating trusted local tradespeople we've worked with for years and using high-quality products.
What plumbing should be upgraded during a renovation?
Renovation is the cheapest moment to fix everything behind the walls: old galvanised pipes, worn stop taps, poor drainage falls and dated tapware. Opening the walls twice is what costs money, so doing it once, properly, is the renovation dividend.
How long does bathroom renovation plumbing take?
The plumbing happens in two hits: rough-in (pipes and drainage positioned, before waterproofing and tiling) and fit-off (fixtures installed at the end). Each is typically a day or two for a standard bathroom, scheduled around the other trades.
Can you match new fixtures to my existing layout to save money?
Yes. Keeping fixtures in their current positions avoids re-running drainage, and it's the single biggest cost saver in bathroom work. We do it with careful measurement so new vanities and toilets fit the existing connections properly.
