Can a rainwater tank be connected to my toilets and washing machine?
Yes. Once the tank and pump are in, we plumb the tank supply into your toilets, laundry and garden taps so tank water is used automatically instead of mains water, with the mains kicking in as a backup if the tank runs low.
My rainwater pump has stopped working, can you fix it?
Yes, we repair and service rainwater pumps. A pump that's stopped pushing water, is cycling on and off, or has become noisy is usually straightforward to diagnose. We'll inspect it and give you a straight answer on repair versus replacement.
My old tank is leaking, do I need a whole new setup?
Not always. If the pump and plumbing are still in good condition, we can often just replace the tank itself. If the pump or pipework is also old or failing, we'll tell you and quote accordingly rather than replacing more than you need.
Is tank water safe to drink?
